Not allowed
Do not send credible threats, harassment, doxxing or private personal information, attempts to impersonate another person or official, fraud, or illegal content. Automated content-neutral checks may block these submissions before checkout.
Fair use limits
To protect public offices from spam, paid mail is limited to three pieces per address/day and the same normalized message cannot be sent to the same recipient set again for 14 days. A shared beta invitation unlocks no more than one complimentary order per verified return address. The optional postcard proof is limited to one per verified address and browser, with a small annual network cap. Abuse controls use keyed identifiers, not a permanent raw-IP profile.
Enforcement
The operator may suspend unsafe fulfillment, refund unfulfilled mail, and preserve only the records needed to prevent fraud, comply with law, or resolve the order.
